In an area with overlapping contestations, there is no room for stable fixed structure. Regenration of Hursh Beirut through a flexible framework that is able to adapt when the conditions change.

Future vision is to achieve a public sustainable building as an extension of the Pine Forest. 

To achieve this at one step is economically impossible.

Step one is to attract people from all areas by creating an open space  market, then assuring a soft mobility between the project and the pine forest.Third step is to create sports facilities so that those people could spend more time together. Finally, creating dorms and research center for students where studies of a better and healthier ecosystem will take place.
